- Provide move in photos to owner on Google drive
- Coordinate giving new tenant keys

Full Management
Includes everything above from Lease Only plan plus the following:
- Monthly rent collection and deposit management
- Property interior inspection twice a year
- Property exterior drive by inspection quarterly
- Maintenance requests management
- Move out photos and tenant deposit reconciliation
- Utility coordination upon move out/move in
- Inventory Condition Form Reconciliation
- Monthly statement and owner deposit (iÿ applicable)
- Manage any large repairs / projects (possible 10% additional fee)
